Products Available/Company Info: We are a Canadian Owned Company based in Nova Scotia and Ontario. Our team has many decades of in-plant practical experience in Food Processing. We have worked with Health Canada and CFIA in Ottawa and the rest of Canada for over 41 years.

We have worked extensively in the Seafood Industry in the Maritimes and the US North East including up to this time in 2024. We also have customers that are NSSA members and can provide references if needed.

We facilitate and implement any facilities wishing to become CFIA certified including providing all procedures, programs, and process documents. On-Site training on understanding and working under the CFIA requirements. Also help with CFIA compliance issues for day to day operation, Food Safety or Export issues. On-Site GFSI pre-certification gap analysis audit and will help in preparing documentation and best practices in the facility to ensure certification success. Help you get Export certified, US - EU etc. Experts in Food Safety gap analysis and in implementing program improvements, Sanitary Design, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) evaluation and training for employees and management in the plant. Sanitation Best practices for the entire facility including processing equipment, HVAC and the building itself etc. All departments are included - operations, maintenance, Quality Control etc. If you have a Food Safety, Shelf Life or Quality issue with a customer or regulatory we will be on-site to help identify the root cause and then develop corrective actions and help with their implementation
