Paturel International® is located directly in the heart of Canada’s highly regarded sustainable lobster resource, and enjoys surrounding waters that are fed daily by the powerful Bay of Fundy tides. Famous for a rich and diverse ecosystem, these waters stream into Paturel’s holding areas, including a five acre natural live lobster pound. With a unique business model offering live and frozen product in the same operating unit, Paturel leverages its efficiencies to minimize waste and use more of the lobster harvest.
